thats great 0990, the relief must have been fantastic. im doing all i can at the moment to prepare for this, but its early days, we havnt got their evidence yet (if any). so i dont know if the evidence i have is relevant. she said it happened years ago. anyway i wont ramble on. thanks for the reply.

Hi Keri, thanks for the recommendation, im still undecided as to which firm to use. I think ive been hoping it will all go away but i know it isnt going to. We get the prosecution papers in january so then i will have a better idea of what im dealing with. Thats if i havnt gone bonkers with worry by then. Good luck with the appeal.
