  • All current rape cases to be 'urgently' reviewed over disclosure fears

    Hi All,

    The following url refers -

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-42841346

Ms Saunders - the most senior public prosecutor in England and Wales -
said the steps were aimed at tackling "deep-rooted and systemic" disclosure issues which were of "great concern".

I believe that it is was Ms Saunders and her predecessor Keir Starmer who were both very much instrumental in this scandal.

They were both seeking attention in the media and to protect CPS and Police budgets from further cuts by falsifying many thousands of rapes allegations.

Both Ms Saunders and Keir Stramer should be charged with Misconduct in Public Office.

    I also posted this.

I'm now waiting to hear back from my solicitor as my case certain falls under this.

They've missed submission/disclosure that many times now that's it's looking like it will go to a mention hearing.
