apparently all to do with the assaults being prior to 1984.
Maximum possible was 2 years.

Yup - heard that bit on the news on the way home. They're trying to get it increased to the maximum......

The maximum possible was two to five years as a couple of the crimes were more serious. The sentences are running concurrently and the longest sentence he got was 15 months.

Stuart hall has had his sentence doubled to-day to 30 months - primarily for denying the charges initially and calling his victims liars.....

He's still got away lightly based on what he did to some of the younger ones. Let's hope his OBE goes soon - his charity work cannot be allowed to 'make up' for his crimes.

i saw they took some award off Chris Huhnes wife today, hope they do the same for Hall.

What is shocking is the extent to which this stuff went on in those circles, with saville and hall, and i think tarbuck is also arrested.
