She was saying her opinion on false allegations as she has worked with families falsely accused ect.. she said, "have you heard of the yellow piece of paper??"in which i replied "no".. "well.." she said "its a piece of paper that i hate, when someone makes an allegation they're are given it and it lists on the the types of allegation and the amount of compensations they should expect to be getting from it!".. obviously as i dont know if this really i true as i myself have never made an allegation, however i doubt she is someone to lie.. just wrong, wrong, wrong....and breaaaattthhh

Unfortunately, some people do make false allegations merely in order to try and defraud the system of compensation. My accuser is one such person as he sent a bogus solicitors letter to my parents making false allegations and saying they had been reported to the Police in 2012 and asking for financial compensation. Two years later he then makes false allegations to the Police about me and my father. However, luckily my parents kept the original letters he sent and now he is under investigation and the case against us was dropped. There are some people though who actually do receive compensation from the civil injuries compensation authority for making false allegations and I learned recently that there doesn't even have to be a criminal conviction in order for them to receive an award. It makes me incredibly angry but at least my accuser won't be getting a penny and will hopefully get his justice soon!

I have spoken to others who was falsely accused unfortunately after the CPS dropped the charge the "victim" and police asked for a review and it got reopened and he was found guilty!!!

He told me the victim was told how much she would roughly get at the time of the allegation. A few months after it she slapped on facebook she got £20k in compensation
