CCRC referral to Court of Appealk succeeds!!

Hurray! Appellant was convicted in 1999 and released in 2004. He was not allowed to live with his family until the children had grown up - he is now off the Sex Offender's Register and can hold his head up high with the official truth - that it never happened.

Whoo hooooo! That was my first CCRC application I did without any solicitors help. Hallelujah!
