www.prisonphone.co.uk is a telephone service which will make the prison calls much cheaper and with some packages completely free to the prisoner- fully legal, most visit centers also have posters up, fully complies with psi49/2011 and the prisoner's communications compact- which all prisoners sign when entering any hmp.
its well worth having a look at this website as standard calls from prisons to a mobile can be as much as 39p - with prisonphone its possible to make it free for the prisoner and the person outside calls, meaning the prisoners " spends" aren't used and calls are cheaper- win win!!!
