How to take screenshots from your computer
Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7 etc)
Most computers have a Prnt Scrn button (Print Screen) at the top right of the keyboard. Press it and it takes a copy of whatever is on your screen at the same time.
Then, go into Start, Programs, and in there you should find MS Paint (or just Paint). Open it and press Ctrl and V together and it will paste your screenshot into Paint.
Then just save it.

This program works with most internet browsers and allows you to crop/resize. The only concern is once you start altering an image you could be accused of concocting evidence rather than recording it.
