My solicitors are based in Wigan, Simpson Heald Pearson LLP. My actual solicitor was Louise Barrow, who was duty solicitor at Wigan Police Station at the time of my interview. The barrister was Ben Jones, based at St. John's Buildings in Liverpool. He mostly covers cases at Liverpool Crown Court but I know he was an advocate in a case at Preston Crown Court recently, so probably covers most of the North West. My case was entirely legal aided. I would highly recommend these legal representatives. My own fears and the lack of communication you expect on legal aid clouded my judgment. But when it came to the trial, I can't fault my barrister who conducted my case with the perfect tone for the circumstances.
Paul Fleming Catwright King solicitors
travelled for us to Nottingham, legal aid accepted , i am very grateful to him
as well recommended ms Marshall (unfortunately can't remember her first name and law firm, she represented the second FA in our case and was really good)

Gerry McDonald and Sanah (Assistant) have been incredible solicitors from EBR Attridge, they supported me utterly the entire way through the process and today with the help of the incredible barrister Laura! They were instrumental in achieving today's double not guilty's and I heartily reccomend them to everybody!
Just attended a trial for a family member who was found not guilty on two counts of rape. His barrister was Andrew Lewis from 4 Breams Buildings. Mr Lewis was great. The girls thought that he was a gentle grandfather then he went in far the kill but in a kind way!
