The number of rape charges is at the lowest levels for 10 years, with a fall of 23% from last year.
Compensation should be paid to all the men who were charged with rape, but found not guilty.
The Police, CPS and HM Courts are all corrupt.
I was never told the date I allegedly raped my ex-wife until a few days before the trail when I was sent her witness statement, which is a breach of my Civil Liabilities.
Also, at my trail the CPS Barrister never told the jury the dates of the alleged rapes, which is an unfair trial.
All of this was done so corrupt Chief Constables such as Lynn Owen could claim that their County Police Rape Detection rates had increased for extra performance bonuses.
