More than 1,000 criminal lawyers in England and Wales have experienced disclosure of evidence failings in the last year, according to a BBC survey.
Of the 1,282 who responded, almost a third said they believed such failings had led to possible wrongful convictions or miscarriages of justice.

The UK now has the Highest Divorce rates in Europe. As the Police and CPS break up record numbers of families over minor domestic disputes by then accusing the husband of marital rape to bump up the number of recorded rapes to obtain additional Central Government Fund
The UK has a national debt of £1.8 Trillion, which in part was caused by paying Civil Servants including the Police massive Salaries and Pensions. Chief Police Constables now earn well over £200,000 per year, which is more than the PM. Often they use the increase in reported rapes to justify their excessive salaries.
