  • CPS 2015/2016 rape conviction rate has been manipulated

After a almost 2 month delay the CPS have finally released their Rape Conviction rate for 2015/2016 at 58% as detailed in the following url -

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-37278264

However, this figure is not accurate as the CPS says -

"The number of prosecutions for rape was the highest ever recorded (4,643) and almost 58% (2,689) of those prosecuted were convicted of rape or an alternative or lesser offence"

The CPS cannot count a not guilty verdict by the jury as a successful conviction for rape if the accused is also found/ pleaded guilty to lesser offences.

The UK is a democracy and the CPS must give accurate rape conviction rate figures and not manipulated figures, which do not tell the real truth that their campaign to increase the rape conviction rate in England and Wales has failed.

I watched Alison Saunders being 'interviewed' on the BBC Breakfast programme yesterday and the presenter had obviously been carefully briefed on what to ask her so as not to antagonise the general public (unlike the reception Conservative politicians usually get from them!) and none of the questions I wanted answered were put to her

She was therefore able in the interview to lump together physical sexual offence allegations with 'revenge porn' incidents and state it is easy to prosecute these latter offences and obtain guilty verdicts because of the actual evidence to be found on the participants phones; thus skewing conviction figures and leaving the viewer with the impression that folk who are accused of any sexual offence are equally likely to be guilty.

You cannot make this stuff up!!!

It was also the case that Alison Saunders released the CPS conviction rate for 2015/2016 on the same day as her political boss Keith Vaz resigned. Kieth Vaz was in a very influential position as the Chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee who made many recommendations on UK Government rape policy as detailed in the following url -

      http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/...-10125096.html

Now it turns out that Keith Vaz was himself gay and had sex with rent boys (You cannot make this stuff up). One can only assume that being gay Keith Vaz would also have sympathies towards feminist beliefs such as all married women are raped. This would explain the Police and CPS policy that all women were to believed if they make rape allegations.

When I was arrested for allegedly raping my ex-wife the Police kept saying to me that I must accept responsibility for my actions. I am sure that the Police, CPS and Courts thought that they were doing gods work, but instead they were doing the devils work. As only 1 in 30 rape allegations ends in a successful conviction. Many Married women now use rape as a tool in their kit bag to have their husband forcibly removed from the family home as the first step in their divorce process. This has now lead to the UK having the highest divorce rates in Europe, which is only sweet music to feminists ears.

Met Police to investigate Keith Vaz for possible crimes

The following article reports that the Met Police will be investigating Keith Vaz for possible crimes -

        http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-37321918

When working for the Government you must disclose important facts such as you are gay, which it appears that Keith Vaz did not do.

The fact that Keith Vaz was gay and has sex with rent boys, would make him a possible blackmail target for extremists political groups such as feminist.

It is very well known that Keith Vaz implemented many very questionable rape policies, which reflected many long held feminists beliefs.

Many women were able to falsely accuse men of rape without any fear of being charged with Preventing the course of justice and perjury.

This has led to 33,000 women last year making rape allegations, but with only 8% leading to a successfully prosecutions in court.

However, I believe that the Police and CPS have deliberately manipulated the 2015/2016 rape conviction rate to make it much higher then the real conviction rate.

The hidden agenda of the feminist movement

          Hi,

Could it be possible that Keith Vaz was aggressively prosecuting rape as scheme to raise extra taxes by breaking up families and making the mother go out to work?

Watch the following video and decide?

Not sure I have the right pen to join the dots yet to my personal situation (Check latest posts). However I am working on that.
