Still no news on the 2015/16 Rape Conviction rate from the CPS

There is still no news on the 2015/16 Rape Conviction rate from the CPS, which is usually published in late June.

What is known is over 33,000 rapes were reported to the Police in 2015/16, which is the highest figure ever record.

I estimate that over 13,000 men were accused of rape by their current partner, but with a conviction rate of almost Zero

Both David Cameron and Theresa May said fighting social injustice was their top priority.

The biggest social injustice in England is that thousands of married men each year are being prosecuted by the CPS in no evidence court cases and found not guilty.

The Police and CPS I believe are now controlled by feminists that believe all men are rapist.

After I was found not guilty of 5 counts of rape against my ex-wife.

The CPS wrote a letter to my ex-wife apologising for not winning the case against me.

This is not a fair legal system looking for the truth.

Instead it is a mass persecution of married men to prove a long held feminist belief that all married women are victims of rape.

At my rape trail 2 of the charges were for raping my ex-wife everyday for almost 20 years, but the Police provided no medical evidence, CCTV or witnesses to prove these allegations were true.

I believe that the CPS deliberately falsify many rape charges in a bid to raise the rape conviction rate.

As in my rape case there was only a half truth in one of the rape charges against me.

The other 4 charges were all completely false.

At my trial the CPS barrister concentrated the Crown' case against me on the rape charge that was half true.

Hoping that if the jury believed one charge was true then all the other charges must also be true.

However, the CPS Barrister plan back fired, because I had solid medical evidence to prove I had a broken arm at the time my ex-wife said I raped her and the Crown's case against me completely collapsed.

I was never allowed to speak in the earlier police interviews as the Police appointed solicitor told me to give a no comment interview.

What is even worse when I tried to tell the Police appointed Barrister that my ex-wife was lying in her witness statement she told me she was not interested in anything I had to say.

The only winners in my rape case were the CPS and Defence Barristers who both made about £16,000 each for the 2 week trail.

You must have paid privately then as LA does not pay anything like that much. Don't forget that they work on the case in the weeks / months coming up to the trial too. They weren't paid £8K a week.

Just wanted to clarify that in case new members believe that barristers are only paid for the time they spend in court.

I do have several letters from HM Courts and Tribunal Service solicitors asking for £16K to pay for my defence costs, which I can share with you?

However, because my ex-wife took all the equity from the ex-family home worth £300K. I told them I simply could not pay them the outstanding money. They then dropped the figure to £8K, but again I told them I could not pay them the money and I have not heard from them since.

I believe one of the main factors in the police and CPS decision to prosecute me for raping my wife was that I had my own home with a large amount of equity. I believe that the police and CPS are deliberately targeting married men with rape allegations knowing many have a family home and can afford to pay their Defence Barristers and even the CPS Barristers cost if found guilty.

HM Courts and Tribunal Service even went to the length of contacting my bank asking for the value of the outstanding mortgage on the family home to calculate my net worth. This was to ensure that I had assets over £30K, which is required for them to ask for my Defence costs even if found not guilty.

In the last financial year 2015/16 the CPS spent £8 Billion on legal costs associated with family breakups including 13,000 men being accused of raping their wives, which the conviction rate was almost Zero.

The simple truth is the Police and CPS are all being taken for fools in believing the rape allegations made by many women divorcing their husbands.

It is common knowledge that many evil women know they can shout rape and have the full force of the Police and CPS brought down on their husbands. Even when the jury finds the husband not guilty of rape. So called CPS rape specialists will write to the wife apologising that they did not win the case against their husband. Completely ignoring the jury's verdict.

What is even worse when I complained to the Police, CPS and IPCC that my ex-wife committed perjury and lied in both her witness statement and while under oath on the witness stand. I was told they always believe rape victims even if they are lying as they may have been raped. This leaves the whole court process open to abuse by unscrupulous women, but the jury can usually see through their lies and find the accused not guilty.

I think you mean Rossendales who collect the money on behalf of the Legal Aid Agency.

Prosecuting people has nothing to do with the equity in a property. If that were true nobody would own their own homes.

Computer Error!!!

Yesterday I received another demand from HM Courts and Tribunal services solicitor's now asking for almost £10,000 including £3000 of interest for paying my Crown Court fees.

However, when I phoned the Court this morning to explain that I was found not guilty on all 5 counts of rape.

I was then told by the Court official I spoke to that there had been a computer error and that I do NOT need to pay them the £10,000 outstanding Court fees.

Good result but it took over 2 years to resolve this matter, which I believe is unacceptable.
