Did anyone watch This Morning yesterday? A man had been falsely accused and NFA'd, and there was a lawyer talking about procedures you can go through. I already knew about the counter-sue which costs thousands of pounds, but he then mentioned making a complaint to the Police. I haven't heard of this before and wondered how to go about it/what it entails? Does anyone know? My case ended a year ago now so I don't even know if I'd be allowed to do it now?

They sued the trial barrister - well she settled out of court and our man had a good few £Ks.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk
