Cheaper to plead guilty then if you've got a few quid in the bank... Nice to see they have been basically able to completely maliciously screw borderline legal/private/lower private accused people and basically bankrupt them since 2011.

Good if he succeeds in suing. Pursuing something similar myself at the moment.
