Rochdale child sex ring - girls of 15 considered by police and ss as being 'consensual prostitutes'

This is a link to a report on this morning's 'Today' program showing up how the police, CPS and social services failed to act on claims of victimes of horrific organised child abuse. I find this case horrifying,not only does it shows up the inadequacies to protect the truley vulnerable but hippocracy of the whole thing especially in view of what my son and many others on here are going through and facing. What is going on? Why is action not taken when it clearly needs to be and taken upon flimsey or no evidence where the true motive is revenge, fianancial gain, or 'morning-after-remorse'.
