I would like to point out that today?s launch of the CPS new guidelines for handling rape cases. Where a victim of rape would have a chance to get better access to justice.
Well let me inform you that in my friends case, the CPS lawyer caused mismanagement and this new information that just come to light, may now help her see the Camden ripper charged for attempt murder and rape. I am just outraged to see her used by the police and CPS in helping them convict the same person on 3 life terms at court. Yet lead to believe for 7mths this same person would be charged and use her as a witness at that trail.
Lets hope justice will be done in her case and my advice would be double check what is being told to you in your case and get it in writing. jill
