I'm 14 / female who lives in Scotland. I never reported the rape which happened last year but some how it got out and I have reported it now. The person who raped me knows I have reported him and he is after me with all his friends. He is around 18 or so. The police have warned him off but I really don't know what I can do until the police confront him about the allegation!
    Anyone have any advice?

Hello hun, I?m sorry to hear you have been attacked and that your abusers are making life difficult for you, some good advice from Diana there but also can you not take out an injunction on this person and also why hasn?t this guys been locked up he should be on remand, also as you are a child the police should of got social services involved and you need to be moved immediately from the are, it sounds awful but is the only way you can be protected, demand that everyone around you looks out for you, carry your mobile and look into getting an injunction for the meantime here is one of the best alarms I recommend to all my members of abcvictimsbreakfree

    Protect Yourself

I must bring your attention to this particular personal alarm which I would highly recommend above all others.

The Trident Attack Deterrent has been specially designed so that upon activation not only does it produce an ear-piercing 138 decibel sound output, but it also releases a repelling odour and an ultraviolet tracer. Upon activation not only is an ear-piercing 138 decibel sound emitted which acts as both a means of disorientating the assailant, and as a shout for help, but also an unpleasant odour and particles of ultraviolet tracer are discharged from the actuator in a radius of 40cms in front of the alarm. The repellent odour acts to discourage the attacker, and it can also leave a distinguishable smell on the attacker's skin and clothing which are also marked by the ultraviolet tracer, leaving no obvious mark except when it is exposed to an ultraviolet light source such as those used by the Police. Together, the features of the Trident alarm produce an undesirable environment immediately surrounding the user and provides a combined means of helping to protect the user against the possibility of attack and assisting the police to identify an attacker. The unique Walk Easy ALERT dual-function Personal Attack Deterrent has been specially designed in our Cambridge factory so that upon activation not only does it emit an ear splitting 138 decibel sound output, but it also produces and ultra violet tracer, which is 'invisible', adheres to the skin and clothing of an assailant and is visible for identification purposes under an ultra violet light as used by the Police.(Product Code WE-333)PATENT No. GB2321995 http://dspace.dial.pipex.com/walkeasy/pers.htm

      Here are a few suggestions.

You could try emailing the crisis support team of the Survive.org.uk website at Survive-volunteers@yahoogroups.com
Or I found a phone number online that could be helpful:

      0800 735 0567

If you have a mobile phone, it could be useful to carry it around in case of emergencies, as well as maybe an attack alarm - one of those little things that gives off a very loud high-pitched noise when you set it off. The police may be able to advise you on where to get one.

You could try having injunctions taken out against the people threatening you that forbid them from coming within a certain distance of you.

Also, if possible, perhaps you should try to stay in others' company whenever possible until the matter is resolved, especially in the company of an adult male.

Would it be possible for you to relocate to a different area for a while? Do you have relatives you could stay with without the people threatening you knowing you're there?
