need some advice

hi there i am new to this site and i just wanted some advice...i have recently split from ex and during our relationship he used to have sex whith me while i was asleep..i would half wake up but not enough to know what was really going on...he said i used to pull my clothes on and turn over...i had told him in a conversation before that i did not like it happening and i was just wondering whether what he did was wrong and classed as rape or not
