Why is it so painful to know that still far to often rape vicitms are still not having thier day in court and it one has a back ground which is not the norm than CPS / Police tend to judge unfairly and not acting to thier own set policy in thier handling of the rape vicitms verson of events.
I need a good lawyer to look at three cases where same police foce and CPS have behaved in this way and dispite medical and other evidance.
If anyone knows of such a law frim willing to take a look at my case and if willing to take my case on , under the legal serivce commsion system, than l will be a very grateful person.
On 16/12/05 l was raped in my own home and did not delay in reporting this and was taken to a suite at my local police station where l saw 5 differnt police officers , as to the time of night it was 2pm when a police doctor did get round to take the samples from me and taking a video of what he was doing, to be used if the case gets to court.
I arrived at police station about 7pm left at 3pm and will no details of where l was able to get support and while thier l was put under undue pressure to allow police officers in to my home and to hand over my door keys.
Not once asked if l had anyone the offcers could call to let them in and wait by my door at my home, while they collect eveidance.
In the end l had to call up my son and woke him up, at 1am who lives elese where 40miles away, as the police where putting more presure on me about this.
I was in tears over the way they were to me and l have pets at my home, which would get out, the poilice officer really do not have any care towards me.
As it truns out the police offered to ccollected my son and drop him back, which l thought now they are being helpful. In fact all they did was fire many personal question about me to my son, which really caused him distress alam also.
By 17/12/05 police had found the male that raped me and brought him in to question, yet its a case of his word against mine and yet waiting for foraince to come back and police doctors report. Hes not been charged and is due back to police station on 16/2/06.
Due that l have before been a victim of rape in 2003 and 2004 , where by the same CID police officers failed me in thier case handling before. What chance do l have that the same will happen to this current case.
I am not a sex worker or on drugs / only used to enjoy the work as a massuse and made it very clear that i do not offer sexsual serivces and l belive on eack attack l was very unluckly to have a client that must of been used to that else where.
