Diazepam is fine for short term, but you must be brave and tell him what's going on. Those meds are for short term use only.

Please go to the police - it will only get worse, not better. He thinks he's scared you so much he's safe to do what he wants - fight back at the bully and show him you're no longer afraid.

So is there any point taking them? I dont want to be on long term meds anyway. I dont feel any different now so far. I will try tell him next time I go. Thanks

I was put on the lowest dose 2mg - it takes the edge off, but what ails you can't be cured by taking meds.

Please go and talk to the police, they will treat you well and it'll be the start of your life - you've not really lived without fear and that's just not right.
