Is it true the justice system has a law that allows them to withhold evidence to help the so called victim/ accuser to get a conviction off the accused victim

I think they call it in the public interest they tried with me but the judge was having non of it

Depends on what the evidence is, and if it is relevant to the case. Some people think that a complainant who is promiscuous and swears/drinks a lot cannot be telling the truth when she or he makes an allegation. In fact they are more vulnerable to unwanted attentions when under the influence.

However, if the complainant tells the police in interview, and the jury at trial, that they never go out, rarely drink and haven't had sex for x years/scared of men so doesn't mix wit them - and you have evidence to prove otherwise, you may be able to adduce any evidence that "corrects the false impression" that s/he has created.
