  • are you effectivly cleared?

Once a case has been put together by the police,ie all evidence collected and sent to the CPS, if they drop/do not carry then does this mean you are effectivly cleared of all wrong doing?

The allegations lie on file and can show up on any CRB checks.

Depending on whether you work and/or what your income is, or if you have any kind of Benefit such as housing/council tax benefits or working tax credits you might be able to see LSC franchised solicitor.
