are we allowed to approach the cps ourselves if the police refuse to send the details of a flase accusation to them?does it cost?
i ask this because in my case the police refuse to investigate this girl (whom falsley accused me) even thoug they told me they knew she was lying.
this has put me and my family through hell on earth and i dont see why she should walk away free of any blame. thanks for any advice.

I would surf your way to the Crown Prosecution Service and write (not email). They can only say "no - go away!" I would give it a whirl.

the girl was 17 at the time she told her lies,she said it happend four years previous,and she is now 18.i would think this qualifies her as an adult,but i dont know the law tbh. thanks very much for your swift reply very much appreciated.

but i can only send them as much evidance as i have myself,they wont have the evidance from the police? how would i go about that.
im sory for all the questions but im very concerned that my home is at risk from attack,my wife is also very worried as this girl is spreading rumours like wild fire,(this is after being challenged about her accusatios in front of her mother).
