Accused of rape which took place a month ago

I split with my ex about a month ago.....
We split on bad terms..
The last time we saw eachother we had sex..Neither said no nor stop or anything along those lines, just sex
The next day i started getting texts calling me a rapist etc etc

A month later on, ive now been arrested on sus of rape and dont know what to do....
I feel so bad, not eating right, havent been back to work yet.
