no sex, no rape?

i was accused of rape, but there was no sexual contact! I have been arrested and given samples etc. All along she said that she woke up and my penis was between her legs (not true, we were sleeping closely together), but on Thursday she goes to police and makes a rape allegation. The police are investigating currently. My life is a wreck. I have spoken to legal and they said that there is nothing to be done at present. I am barely getting out of bed to go to work, who are aware and are supportive of me. I have no prior. Nobody else knows and i wouldnt tell unless i get charged. In my mind, where is the crime? She has had past experiences of sexual abuse and her friend told me that this incident has brought alot of issues up for her.
what have people to say?
