Hi there,
I was looking for some advice if anyone can help.
A family friend of mine has been accused of rape and voluntarilly went to the police.
Information has been gathered from other members by the police.
He has not been charged with the rape but the information has been sent to the p f.
This all began at the start of the year and i was wondering if anyone had any idea of how long it would take for there to be a decision on whether this will go to court or not?
