Falsely Accused

Hello,

My family and i are suffering greatly after a false accusation made. I really thought the totally unbelieveable story the girl in question told, would never hold water for a minute. How wrong can you be?. Still waiting to hear the results of bail. These kind of lies totally ruin people and it appears there is nothing that can be done even if the girl in question is found to be lying.

I feel deeply sad for all of those that have been falsely accused, i just pray that the justice system will not fail us.

Don't suppose u want to go into a few details do you?
Like what is the un-belivable story she told?
How long u been on bail for??? - if they have your phone/pc it will be about 4-6 months is my guess.

What is your general overall feelings towards the police?
How long were u arrested and held for?
I think they were in a word USELESS - I am sure they are not all like that, But the DC in my case I think is not fit to be a cleaner let alone a police officer. - What is your impression?

if they dont arrrest and charge her - make sure you make a direction and control complaint against them - dont let them get away with it.

HI, unfortunately flase accusations happen too often and it is a nightmare to deal with, I am in a similar situation to you, my son is waiting for the outcome of his bail,the limbo time between investigation and knowing the outcome is a difficult one, and you can probably guarentee that if N.F.A (no further action) is taken the accuser will not be punished for wasting police time yet alone the heart ache and sufferring they put families through.
On a lighter note you are not alone, and support is here if you want it.

I would advise against putting detail of a pre trial (or pre appeal) matter on here as this is an open forum for anybody to read , including the police.
