On Saturday 13 Sep 08, at 10.00/10.15am my brother was arrested for assult on his girlfriend, 4.00pm she made an aligation that he raped her 11.00pm that night she said he hit her little girl, it all supposed to have happened on the Friday 12 Sep between 12.00 and 12.30pm, that afternoon they were both up my mams house for a couple of hours they left at 4.00pm and came back at 8.00pm my mam went down there at 9.00pm till 10.45pm i spoke to both of them at 11.00pm all these times she was joking laughing about out my mams front inside they was all loved up she was outside the little girl was inside playing with my brother, her sister even called for her at my mams house they was outside joking about and all this time she diddnt say a bluddy thing.The last my brother saw her was sat morning at 9am she said to him love you loads see you when i get back from my nans, then 10. or 10.15 all this happened, he admitted they had a row at about 12 or something she threw a cup at him he then threw a cup of pop at her she went for him and he grabed her arm to hold her back all this time the little girl was sleeping but he said after the arguement he went to the toilet and they sat on the bed talking then they made up etc. he thought all was ok for the way they was together also that afternoon she gave my mam some photos of the little girl with my brother and she even calls him daddy, on monday he got remanded into custody now its going to crown, weve just changed his brief as his old one was useless, the girl is well known for being a bit of a girl if you know what i mean, 3wks ago she told us all she was pregnant found out monday she was lying we havent even told my brother this yet as he still thinks she is, i shall be seeing him this coming sunday but its so hard as hes my little bro all the family and his friends even the girls neighbours are all behind him so what can i say, she is well known for being a liar even by her own family im at my whits end i hate to think he could go to prison for something he never did.
