my son was arresed july2 2008 on charges of rape1.rape2 sodmy1.2 sexual abuse1.2 .we went to court 9/3/2008 for a bound reduction thay denide it the girl we said this is my stepdaughter she has been in foater care sincemarch 2005.the foster parnets is trying to adoped her her father wont givehi rights so she got mad and said this about my son my layer filed for moction to decover thay have no evadance at all.now since my son wouldent pled gulity.she backs out but her foster dad is a sheriff and frinds with the gudge .what do i do hes under 135.0000 doller bomd. he has never been in truble in hi life he has a clean record please help thank you
