Help Please

My Son has been falsley accused of 2 counts of rape all of the parties suposidly involved are 16 and under, he has been arrested and bailed and duty solicitor appointed, after reading several other threads specialist solicitors have been mentioned, is it possible to find out if there area in my area that could help, also I have a question I need to ask but cannot mention it in an open forum,

It must be terrible for you, I know what my own mother went through when I was falsely accused.

If you have registered on this site, I strongly recommend you private message RF (Rights Fighter) who is best placed to point you in the right direction regarding a specialist solicitor.

A question raised elsewhere in another thread " What is the motive for someone making an alegation?"

This may be something your son should think on and any evidence/witnesses that may coroborate for your son what a false accusers motive for making false allegation may be?

Thanks for your replies, UD and RF, it is comforting (if that is the right word) to know that you are not the only people going through this, it is a very lonely and frightening time, My son is finding it very difficult at the moment as details of the alledged offence are trickling out and he is being stopped and asked questions, My Son is unable to confide in his friends as they are on the list for questioning. So he is feeling very isolated . I have pm'd you RF.
