Hi RFLH, nice to hear from you !

I have listened to RF and taken on board EVERYTHING she has said. I read and debate on many forums about the current sitaution many of us find ourselves in (on all aspects of life) and each one is different. Im not anti government nor anti establishment Im just not really on speaking terms with them at the moment - for obvious reasons.

I applaud RF as everyone knows and she speaks sense and words of widsom from 7 years of experience, I have 8 months so have a lot to learn !! However one has to start somewhere and currently I guess Im on Mars or another alien world as I try to gather myself and deal with things.

The copper against me on my case gave me the best advice, get out of the country like most of his friends have done, however thats to simply run away and I dont do that very well, so I stay and try and fight for justice.

Not just for me, BUT everyone and thats my crusade for the future. I do it for the collective a commonpurpose not some just for myself. Criminals should be brought to justice and thats what the law is there for to protect the innocent.

He will rant against anything. If you remember RFLH one of the last posts that caused great offence on our forum was the one where he claimed that Christian females were responsible for many of the world's ills. Being a female practising Christian I found that offensive, as did others who are not Christian.

While we answer his posts he will continue. Maybe we should leave him to rant away instead of answering as that is seen as a "conversation".

In the meantime all we can do is to hope that others are not put off from posting here.

I appreciate that FG is a victim of "the system" but then aren't hundreds of thousands of other people in many different ways? However ranting is not helpful to anyone. Clearly it doesn't help FG as he is not getting it out of his system and he continues to do it.

I have to say that underneath all the guff there is a decent guy who would do anything for anybody - apart from take on board advice and follow it! All this anger - what a waste of a decent person's life.

BACKGROUND - RANT
In what? that this governments record for the past 10 years will go down in history as a complete disaster for the country as a whole, I'd second that one.

Not only have they ruined it financially they have also ruined many innocent people through their manipulation and ill thought out laws. Then on top protected many whom have actually committed a criminal act in what they did, and being encouraged and rewarded for their efforts? But these were not ill thought out laws, they believe them to be just and right, I fear its them that have a vindictive agenda against a society they are supposed to represent.

MY CONCLUSION - THEORY
So what I fear is for society at large as there is no protection, no safety net one can see to stop them doing this to anyone they choose, but isnt that its purpose, hense my past reference to the vision of the organisation "commonpurpose". Its no longer a legal decision its a peoples decision, let the people decide as government and the judicial is incapable and eventually irrelevant. (Thats why they dont present all the evidence at trial).

So one could say I fear the truth, the truth in that the system will NEVER work should it be allowed to continue with the current Status Quo. Whilst the few are allowed to abuse it for personal gain and vengence against the many.

While we answer his posts he will continue. Maybe we should leave him to rant away instead of answering as that is seen as a "conversation". In the meantime all we can do is to hope that others are not put off from posting here.

I would hope others understand the pain other suffer and can relate it to their own circumstances and experience. Whilst there are many boards for those who accuse there are few for those accused who would appear to disappear into the abis defeated by the system and those it represents. Those boards/forums that do exist are mainly contributed too by family and friends and too few of the actual victims themselves.

The fear you're expressing is for yourself and what you might face if you stick your head above the edge of your rut.

You say you're fighting for the many but everything you say spirals back to your own inability to accept what has happened. You can't turn the clock back. If you were fighting for anything, you'd be out there talking rationally to people who have influence. Instead, you sit in a dark corner ranting to people who have been through the same or worse but are able to move on and live their lives.

If anyone ever tries to help you, you're too frightened to actually do anything other than moan about how nothing changes.

Change comes from action, not from self-pity !

Well said RFLH. I'm hoping that QuinnB gets an email to say that his posts have been answered by FG because it will only be then when they've posted repetitive rants to each other he will see (or hopefully will see ) the futility of it.

Maybe he likes wallowing and if that is the case, then we'll have to let him wallow as there are plenty of other people in the same situation who will respond to the support that is offered to them enabling them to be proactive in a positive way rather than sitting in a dark corner ruminating......

RFLH I am involved in many forums including 999mrplod to legal ones, most not under my regular aliases, I am a person of many names now. As RF has said most dont want to listen, they are the ones who bury their heads in the sand as if everything is simply perfect. I accept I still have a lot to understand and a long way to go BUT finding like minded people has been a major problem.

Thus far all I find are those who wont accept the problems we all face are real, yet even on the plod forums many acknowledge there are fundamental issues with many of their own colleagues, it scares them as much as it does us whats currently happening.

We have an election on the horizon, unfortunately I think the result is already a forgone conclusion and the only ones who have a fight are the Liberals and I dont particularly support their current ideologies, althought they are improving. However so did the Labour and look where that got the country.

I explained to RF I played devils advocate and offered my services to do what I can, I understand a hell of a lot about whats currently happening and the only ones who should be afraid are them, the laws will change and the truth will eventually come out, the damage to me has already been done so I have absolutely nothing to lose. I can and will talk to anyone, no one is out of bounds and I will crusade for change and justice.

You should all remember I spend 18 months with many innocent people, I dont speak for myself I do so for the collective for them and my experience of the judicial was no different to the majority. I only use my experiences as an example however I know most can relate to them from their own experiences its something we can all share.

What is needed is a database a list of those who seek justice and from there you have power, numbers give us power and then we can start to look at who needs to be challenged for answers, its impossible for little old me to do it on my own.

Cases that have been proven to be flawed
The ones brought to justice for perverting the course of justice
Those seeking justice/appeals
the numbers caught out by legal aid and not able to appeal

It is a lot easier to fight when one has evidence, and then people will listen. People will have to listen. If 4 complaints raised the G20 issue to public awareness what would the numbers be for false accusations? Exactly, hundreds if not thousands !!

I have looked at everything I could find on the net to help support victims, both of false allegations and those who didnt get justice for crimes. My only conclusion is that all too often its the criminals who get off, the system supports the criminals not the victims, the numbers are only that numbers and the statistics are only government propoganda codswallop. Who cares about recorded crime, we care about justice and the 2 bear little to no relationship to the other.

I am currently rebuilding my computer to Windows 7 RC1, so Im rather occupied at the moment and have a million and one usernames and passwords to install, but it has to be done.

Chin up we can all pray for a better future. Words not action are whats needed and all I see everywhere are clouds of dust and smoke screens from those who instigated this bleeding mess. Let them all rot in hell I say, government is corrupt the Police corrupt and none of them scare me, its them that are the criminals Im a designer one !!

Yes I admit I had a rant at the time - I feel I was entitled to.
I still STRONGLY feel the police DONT know what they are doing - they handled my investigation sloppily to say the least and they let a CRIMINAL escape with a crime - The thing who made this **** up against me should have been arrested and I still maintain that. I am within my rights to point this out! Even more so since I have seen all the police reports on this and it is disgraceful that they brushed it under the carpet! Now since all of that coming up 2 a year ago a baby has been born
That baby has been taken into care and I have had to go through
DNA
Criminal record check
Drugs test
Liver test
Physiarist - (spelling)
Physologist
Parental assessments - ongoing
Next week it goes to a court hearing in finding of fact to decide once and for all if these allegations are true.
As well as accusing me of organising her rape in which I was arrested for - She since then has accused me of actually raping her and assualting her on many occasions. She has withdrawn the rape and the organising of rape now on the grounds she no longer has a "mental image" of it but she for some reason can remember all the times "I beat her up" my word against hers - funny that!
So my story continues all in all - I have been put through many hoops and on more than one occasion I have been tempted to walk away - but I have a responsibilty and a duty to a baby in which I am commited to carrying out.

So instead RF of just labeling me some kind of ranter which just upsets every one - maybe it might help that you know the full facts first and the things I have had to endure over the last year!
