Police are LIARS! and USELESS!

So that USELESS police force that are laughingly investigating my case (pantomime) have lied to me!
The OIC 3 weeks ago said my PC had come back as clean
A DI today emailed me - as I wanted to know what was going on and why that thing who accused me had not been arrested yet - and he told me they were still waiting for computers to be investigated.
So they are LIARS to add the long list of them being incompetent.
Going to complain later to the IPCC - The police should tell the truth at all times and NOT LIE.
So when I thought this pantomime would be over - its clearly not - the REAL criminal here is still getting away with it - just my luck to have such a useless police force.

I am in a bad mood tonight - so going to have a rant about that useless police force.
I have said all this b4 - so excuse me for saying it again but.
Some evil thing makes a false allegation against me - a HEINIOUS crime, the useless police then take a week to arrest me! - Thats leaving a dangerous criminal on the streets for a week.
The day later - they say we think its a false allegation.
It then takes them 6 weeks to be bothered to arrange teeth implants! -
It takes them 3 months to find the pub that evil thing said she never went to! - yeah of course they will have CCTV from back then.
The custody sergant lied to me - saying another force carried out my room search - When I checked with them they said they did not - so he is a liar!
They failed to secure my property and hence I was robbed - they lied again and said they did secure it- liars!
The OIC told me my PC had come back clean - the DI told me they were still carrying out computer investigations - like 4 months later, so another lie and if they are - then that is plain incomptenance - it does not take that long.
In short the police don't seem to know what they are doing! - They should have arrested that thing months ago, but they are assisting an offender and letting her get away with a crime - who says crime does not pay?
I also notice Jack Straw saying the legal system is fair - is it ****, cuz it is not being fair to me.
To me and I think any reasonable person - they have a mountain of evidence to point we did NOT commit this crime with or without the computer evidence. So why are they NOT doing thier jobs???
I hope the police do read this - for I really want them to know they are letting the REAL CRIMINAL get away with a crime - thats NOT doing thier jobs,

Everyone here understands your frustration. The police are aware, as you are becoming aware, that conduct and professionalism do not matter - only points of law. Whether two hours or twelve months, 'JUSTICE WILL BE SEEN TO BE DONE'. Everything takes a long time, our Justice System was created hundreds of years ago and so creaks a bit as it trundles along relentlessly. Jack Straw is a politician - 'nuff said.

You're looking at it the wrong way: it's not their concern whether you're innocent or guilty. That's the problem! Rant away, just don't let it eat you up... It's very unlikely you'll get full closure from any of this. Though if campaigning via MPs and the like at least you're getting the issue out there... and making enemies along the way... Record any complaints you have, but I'd say don't start shouting about them until you have a 'NFA/no-crimed' letter from the police. Sounds like someone's covering their ass (re: computer) but that won't help you if it goes further.

I'll end with the phrase that most annoyed me at the time, but now use myself: 'Chin up!'

Noticed on TV Jacki Smith - going on about the police SERVICE! - Another load of bolloxs - what service???????? - cuz they are not giving me one,
It really annoys me that I AM THE VICTIM OF CRIME - Everybody including the police and that evil thing who made this accusation knows it - yet nobody will do anything about it.
The police are ****! - I don;t care what enemies I make a long the way - there is NOTHING they can do to me! - I have done NOTHING wrong! - And I fully intend to get this story out to a wide reaching audience as poss - to highlight the police for the lying useless gits they are.

As you know from reading members' posts on PAFAA Justice is not always seen to be done. One must expect the worst to happen. If somebody is really innocent and it doesn't, then great but if it does then it's not such a huge shock.

I've got too many members sitting in prison who fully expected justice to be done. Soz!

Ah RF... sometimes I get too up my own a*** with my sarcasm/irony! I deliberately said 'seen to be done' rather than 'will be done' to illustrate the fact that true justice is rarely done, but the processes are (slowly, under-handedly) followed to create A RESULT, not necessarily the right one.

Some days I swear I've gone so far I can see the back of my own head!

I express myself better in poetry - I know she will read this as I publish it to my blog to - I just wonder what she will think. - I think she looks though don't know for sure just about every day! - she looks so I write! - In a funny way it makes my poetry better writing about bad then good things! - so in a poetic sense I am "almost" pleased to be going through this just if anything to advance my writing!

The law the police are paid to uphold
Throughout my life I have been constantly told
To justice the guilty they bring
Then why have they not arrested that evil thing?

They have promised that the outcome will be just
When they turn that vampire in to dust
Preferably in a dawn bust
The taste of battle again - I have got the lust

Even though they are again dragging thier heels
I am certainly letting them know about that how I feels
Like a fly above them I constantly hover

I know anytime - they can still go squat!

It won't be me going to court
And a whole lot of trouble on her self she would have brought!

Just I have never liked waiting

You know there is a baby coming in 6 weeks time
And I also think - the police are suceeding in letting her get away with crime

For the closer it gets
Well whats the bets
This will be over - the baby will be born with her on bail
For this is poetic - for there really is a sting in this TALE!
Regardless when that baby is born I will be it's trail!
Be there at court when you are sent to jail

Loudly I will clap
When I see the handcuffs around your wrists snap

Back to the police - This is what to them I say
Get on with it - arrest her and earn your pay!

i understand your frustration mate,but i have to say in my own experiance the police are as frustrated with the law ie CPS as we are.one of the reasons they refuse to proceed with prosecutions with false accusers is because they genuinly believe what they gather will not pass their scrutiny. mark

i can understand your frustration, i had an excellent SOIT officer but i equally had to speak to a male police officer when i first reported it which was terrifying because he was the only police officer in the station (and once you've been raped you don't ever want to put yourself in a vulnerable position again). i was disgusted by the way i was treated in court and very nearly made a complaint but it turned out his barrister got in to trouble from the judge because he used the technique called "going for the jugular" so i didnt bother.

the whole country is ****ed. because people are ****ed. having morals seems to be something which is completely alien to so many people. when i feel like this i just listen to some new model army (vengeance is the song that got me through court) and i thank god that i am stronger than them and i will not stoop to his level, no matter how tempting it may be.

tbh i fail to see ehwere the hell common sense has gone nowerdays,
the one thing in all ive read and been through seems to have a distinct lack of common sense.i hope it changes soon.

Qiuinnb your right, spot on and hit the nail in the head, the Police are a complete set of idiots, problem of course is they know it and dont care they dont have to cos too often they get away with it. They look after themselves and as you might just have noticed many of their methods are actually criminal too, just like those who falsely accuse, so they are in good company, or one could say in bed with the enemy - they even are the enemy !!

Your right about fighting them, forget about making yourself an enemy - you already are in their eyes as their remit is to try and find you guilty of something through any means possible and of any charge they can associate you to, no matter how obscure the evidence they create or suggest is applicable and appropriate !!

What you need is the ammunition to challenge them, your MP, the IPCC and anyone else who will listen and a specialist Solicitor for friendly advice and good advice the right advice !! Why cos I made the fatal mistake of thinking justice would prevail and the system was fair and honest.

The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. Keep us posted on your progress.

ps Dont be surprised if it was those who accused you who set up the robbery as they knew you were out of the way - I think its more common than people realise cos of course they are under Police protection and you are not !! Ours was a complete amateur job as the Garage door was open yet they smashed a huge window instead? Complete idiots but since we now know who did it, it is no surprise, I hope they hurt themselves !

There was another ranter on this forum as well - if he comes back and finds you why don't you all three set up a forum between you and leave the real support forums alone? That way you can all vent your respective spleens in the safety of your own vaccuum without offending others.

well I gave him some sound advice which is of course what the forum is for. I have no intentions of adding to the rant only applauding it, after all if one leaves everything to a trial, it can be too late by then.

As with Mark, one only wants justice to prevail, the truth and therefore one has to fight their corner to make sure this happens - well make every effort to challenge them.

No I do not want to make a big issue of it, I am trying to learn from your wise words of advice. Maybe I can help him to use his anger in a more constructive way?? as u said so many times you dont have to preach to the converted, we all know the system is mad !!!!!

How can you help somebody use their anger in a more constructive way when you cannot contain or channel your own?

I don't see any advice as such. All I see is a repetition of what you have splattered all over another forum forum hence the removal of your posting permissions after many complaints.

Please remember that many people who post on this forum are deeply unhappy and don't need to experience your anger.

Another point, of course, is that this is an open forum so the police no doubt frequently happen by. If your username is the same nickname you had inside then you might end up in trouble for causing offence to people you do not even know.

Please try to think before you post.
