hi havent lolgged in for a while, bad news my bother was wrongly convicted 4 weeks ago for sexual assualt and is awaitin g sentancing on the 19th may still in total shock . all i can say is i wish he had taken time to look at at this web site a year ago and followed advice given by every one but i think he just didnt relise how **** the justice system is and thought if he told the truth everything woul be fine luckily jury found him not guilty of rape even though he addmitted sleeping with her consentually. but found him guilty for touching her with his fingers, luckily he is ok in prison at the mo,but he sholdnt be there.
