Advice needed on False rape allegation and child abuse.
Since the marriage our relationship is now working well. She is after money all the time. Married in 2005 and Nisi was granted in 2015. we were still living together till a week ago.
A week ago she accused me of rape charges since 2012 and child abuse/hitting/slapping. In medical report nothing came up. No inappropriate touching as per child statement. I had interviewed with the DC at Police station and they recorded my statement.
As per DC/police, now with this recording and wife and my child statement, CPS will gather evidences against me.
can someone please advice me what evidences can they gather? what sort ? any clue would be very helpful.
