Hi All
My FA actually attended a Nursing and Midwifery Council hearing and gave evidence against me. When questioned she lied and it was so obvious that I didn't even have to prove it. She claimed I texted her 50 times a day and phoned her 5 times a day when the alleged assault happen. She did not know that I had provided the hearing with my telephone bills which showed a fraction of this with no calls. Anyway it was amazing to hear her lie. I am representing myself and was trying to prove she was a liar but the panel advised me that there was no need any more.
The interesting thing is that the OIC had to attend and answer questions. She had text messages with her that contradicted the FA's police statement however she could not reveal the paperwork. So she has to take the text messages away then take away all the sensitive police information from the pages and then return them to the hearing. I think the OIC is worried because the texts will show the FA lied and the police failed to interview her about it. I am really interested to see what is said in the texts and will compare them with the FA's police statement. I will then see if there is enough for me to make the police take action against the FA. If OIC doesn't and I think there is enough I shall make another complaint about her to the police ombudsman and see what the police ombudsman says this time.
Oh joy.
