Hi All
I was wondering if someone can tell me how to access a police file after your NFA'd. There doesn't seem to be any information on the web. I know you can ask for personal data via a Freedom of Information or Subject Access request but I want the evidence as well.
I know you can gain access to criminal files if you need it as evidence for a different legitimate civil or criminal case, but but how do you go about it? Can you write to the police and ask for it or are you forced to go court for a disclosure/discovery order?
I am just wondering if anyone knows, as I cannot find anything about it anywhere?
