My little brother has been falsely accused.

I've been checking this site for almost a year because last March my little brother had a night in with a female friend of his at our mother’s house. They had a few drinks and although there was a bed available in an empty spare room she chose to strip down to her underwear and sleep in my brother’s bed. My mother told me that they had kept her awake for some time with their giggling and that she had had to shout at them to get them to be quiet. Apparently they were giggling so much because they were tickling each other all over. After being shouted at they snuggled down together and my brother had sex with her in the ‘spoons’ position. She freely admits that she actively engaged in this sexual activity but claims that she thought that it was her boyfriend behind her, I don’t know why she claims to have thought this as her boyfriend had not been at my mother’s house that evening. My brother is due in court on March 27 because he had consensual sex with a loony.

Over the last year as a guest I have been following the advice that Saffron & Freedom Fighter have given to others and would like say that I respect them both immensely for their honesty & integrity.

I'm surprised it has got this far (did I really say that???!!)

The fact she said she thought it was her boyfriend and that a witness (your mum) heard them giggling because they were tickling each other (did the girl have her eyes closed and ear plugs in when they were doing that?) should have put a stop to it. Here we go again - CPS trying to reach "rape" targets.
