Just a update,

Got a NFA last week so relieved!! Been a long old year of emotion

I got a call on 24th of July the day before my birthday and day before I left for my holiday!
From the OIC she said she wanted me in for a second interview.

I attended 1 week later with my sol and said no comment from his advice. I found out after the interview that the police had lost the CCTV, but my Sol asked for it be retained after the first week.
To cut the long story short it was passed on to the CPS and within a week I got a NFA because the police messed up or didn’t do there job properly.

My life is back to normal now. But still remember them times of doom.

Great about the NFA and thanks for updating your thread with this good news; coincidentally there have been some new members joined this week and this will give them encouragement that there is indeed light at the end of the (albeit a very long!) tunnel.
