I know this may sound arrogant but I strong suspect that my first case will fail. I have evidence that the FA has been untruthful and want to ask the police to charge her for "perverting the course of justice". If they refuse I want to bring a private prosecution against her. As we all know Private Prosecutions can cost 10's of thousands of pounds. So I was wondering what peoples views of crowd funding a case. Does anyone see any good or bad points about it? I have been planning things such how to publicise the crowdfunder etc but am wondering are there any negative aspects that I don't see concerning this approach.
