My accuser is going to Court...but...

I have recently gleened from a public messege board that my false accuser has a Court Case coming up, he states in messeges in a public forum its to do with his 'rape' case?

He also states his rapist? got "SENT DOWN" for it?

Well clearly, as his alleged 'rapist' I have NOT been sent down, the case NFA'd, not charged! There were to many witnesses & evidence to the contary of the allegation against me.

But, I have been informed of nothing by police or my solicitor of this Court Case he has?

Which begs several questions?

A) ..is he being prosecuted for false allegation?
b) ..has he made a previous/subsequent allegation against someone else?
c) ..or are my vile homophobic police force up to something else again?

I'm really concerned that he may of made an allegation against someone else and they may have been convicted, that is horrible!

Evil thrives when good men do nothing...I'd hate to think he's doing this to someone else!

and if not...

...Why have police NOT come back to me for further evidence, statements against him?

How can I find out about his Court Case and what it is about since he states publicly its to do with his prior rape (allegation).

Over the weekend my false accuser has repeated his claim in public forums that he has now been to court and his rapist has now been "sent down", he also identifies a social group to which his alleged rapist belonged.

It is aparrent from his identifying the very distinct social group it is a reference to his allegation against me.

Having made copies of his postings I reported this to the LGBT diversity police officer, who has responded... that they ONLY monitor cases.

Meanwhile I'm having to explain to people...No I'm not in prison, No I have not been "sent down", the case was NFA'd.

The police clearly not interested in investigating YET further evidence that the false accuser of rape is a compusive liar, there is stacks of evidence and witnesses that it was a false allegatin to start with...but this homophobic police force wants to do nothing about it.

I really, really despair at this homophobic police force!

The thing is - it's not just gays the police do this to (or in your case, don't take any notice of). I see this going on every week in "straight" cases too.

I've got one appeal ongoing where police did not test the accuser's clothes for DNA even though there was (in a CPS statement) evidence that there most definitely would be. There wasn't of course and I think the police probably did get them tested and discovered that.

it goes on all the time - gay, straight, bi or curious, black, white purple pink or green!

I can totally sympathise with you. It's bad enough that this malicious and clearly disturbed person made a false allegation against you in the first place, but to spread further lies is intolerable! It adds insult to injury, and makes you feel utterly powerless.
the same thing happened after my husband was sent down for indecent assault. his accuser starting telling all his ex-colleagues that he had been sent down for 5 years (it was 12 months, of which he served 6) that he had been convicted of rape (it was indecent ssault) that it had "come out" during the trial that he had done this before but there hadn't been enough evidence to "make it stick" (again, a lie!) and that i had left him! (ermm...I am still here!)
I rang the police and asked if there was anything i could do to stop this. they were supremely disinterested, and said the only thing i could do was take out a civil action against her.
I think you could possibly instruct a solicitor to write him a letter warning him against continuing these fabrications, and stating that unless he makes a public withdrawal of these statements you will be taking action for libel (i think that, as he has written this it will be libellous, rather than slanderous). This may be enough to scare him off.
Alternatively, you could post on the website (I mean the one he has been posting his lies on) stating exactly what did actually happen, to set the record straight.
You have my sympathy! let me know what you decide to do.

Way ahead regarding posts to the website, as (other members of the social group invoved, witnesses who have given written statements) and myself have posted refuting the false acussers statements that I have been 'SENT DOWN' on the website, and that has caused some consternation.

But astoundingly, both he & his hard core supporters/family are oblivious to the FACT I'm clearly not in prison & this case has not been to court, that the case was NFA'd.

They have continued to proliferate blatant lies regardless of the facts!

A civil action is out of the question, I could not afford it and quite frankly I believe if I won, he would simply wear the finding against him as a badge of honour!

It is the police, who have failed repeatedly, it is the police with whom we the public entrust to act impartially ..and it is the police who should ACT against those who make "false rape allegations"

......and police clearly do not in my experience conduct themselves honestly, impartially or with integrity,

...as 'Rightsfighter' has pointed out!

PS :- Dear RF I am regretably aware (having read the threads) it happens to gay/bi/str8, but I chose to make it clear my experience is with a homophobic angle (this especially for other gay persons who may otherwise think there is not a gay supportive element to the forum)

I guess you could always put in a full page notice in your local newspapers - saying that the report of your imprisonment is greatly exaggerated.

I can't quite see your point of keep coming on here in block capitals and keep stating the same things over and over without actually doing anything constructive about it.

We've all been affected over the same issues but we do deal with them and get past it, otherwise your boiling your cabbages twice and still end up with a nasty taste.

I can quite understand UD's need to vent his spleen here, and letting off steam is one of the reasons this site exists. I know that many people here can empathise with the pain and destruction a false allegation brings. I am way past the ranting stage, although i have ranted several times on this site.

UD, if a civil case is out of the question, the only other thing you can do is hold your head high. after all, those who matter know the truth, and those who believe the lies don't matter.

other than that, all i can say is that time heals a lot of wounds. I don't think you ever recover from this kind of damage, but the pain does recede after a while. and UD, you can rant at me if you like, i am a pretty good sponge.

I have done & do to all the above, but if you are 'falsely accused' (and 'gay'), sh*t sticks and none within these stautary institutions want to expose the complete 'balls up' the 'discriminatory' dishonest police officers have made! (Good God, they cannot even hold anyone responsible in the police for head shooting and publicly executing? an inoccent Brazilian man on public transport and all the lies & disinformation which they put out over that!)

4. Seizing of a computer & destruction of a gay businesses (UNIVESTIGATED)
5. Failure to follow ‘TRUE VISION’ & CPS definition of ‘Homophobic Incident’
following serious physical assault of two gay/bi persons (UNIVESTIGATED)
6. Refusal to take statements from Gay/Bi witnesses (UNIVESTIGATED)
7. Withholding Court legal documentation from a gay person (Investigated, but pitifully excused by the IPCC)
8. Perjury by a police officer in Civil Crown Court against a gay person(UNINVESTIGATED)
9. Denying a gay person arrested and held in Custody, bullied & denied food for in excess of 7hours (investigated, but pitifully excused by the IPCC)
10. Obstruction by police to making a complaint against the police by a gay person (investigated, but pitifully excused by the IPCC)
11. Un-logged visits by police officers to further intimidate gay complaintents
against the police (UNIVESTIGATED)

...and there is more besides that.

Which is why I'm going to be a 'Pink Presence' here, (like it or not) because I know how dishonest (& homophobic) the police are in my experience & observation.

I still rant - but I don't keep going over the same things. My husband served 15 months so I do know the ins and outs (pardon the pun) - but you still insist on going over the same things time and time again.

We know the police lack finesse and are hypocrites of the first order - but keep stating it isn't going make them change their ways. Try doing something constructive with your ire - you should be able to achieve something by taking it to a wider audience. You could try Peter Tatchell, I'm sure he could point you in the right direction to get the help to fight the lowlife that got you in this mess.

Perhaps if you tempered your posts you may find a bit more support from others. Saffron and RF do sterling work - I do my share, but I shall bow out and let you boil away.

I can confirm that RFLH has been through the mill with her hubby having been falsely accused and imprisoned for 15 months as she said. She is no more Plod than I am a virgin

I have never forgotten the day she emailed me asking for my help in a "professional capacity". I'm not a professional having learned as I go along. When I asked her to be more explicit she told me in an email. I sat in front of my monitor and wept.

I was even further shocked when she rang me some months later in hysterics because the trial sols hadn't bothered to tell her hubby that it had been brought forward a fortnight and he raced from his home on a 4 hour drive to his "trial". A friend took me over to her in his car so I could sit with her. So she does have some experience in this as the wife of a falsely accused man. She now helps me with research. So please don't knock her - while several people who have said they will always support the falsely accused have b*gg**ed off and forgotten me when I've helped them get the right verdict or appeal result she's stuck with me for years.


She's right though - repeating the same stuff on the same site isn't going to win friends or influence people - not that's what you are trying to do. To get people to listen and to keep listening - well that's an art in itself.

My best male friends have always been gay! Since I've moved back south I don't have one!!!!

Well if we are talking about not knocking, please bare in mind I did not come to (find) this site until my case was already NFA'd and I'm still here.

But I realised many gay persons in my position would not be able or in a position to fight back. I beat the false allegation because I did FIGHT back!

I am aware that gay people are often invisible (some would like us to stay that way) and sometimes will not use a facility if it is not visibly gay friendly.

...my postings do seem to attract those who would rather I did not make the point of sexuality, but that IS an issue!

I have been a highly successful Gay equality activist & HIV/AIDS awareness campaigner for almost twenty years. Time and again when the system, the law, complaint systems, institutions, etc. have let me and others like me down, it has been SHEER bloody minded, tenacious repetative, tub & drum thumping which has eventually forced the issue.

I'm not a novice at this, I have a long history of successful campaign issues behind me, why should I temper my spleen, least I upset a few corrupt coppers?

It needs to be said and it needs to be said LOUD!

Taking in a wider audience?

Good grief, a total of 32,400 people have searched out and accessed my videos on police homophobia and my gay blog has recieved over eleven thousand visitors.
