Hi I was recently released from bail after a year and a half and placed under investigation whilst a final charging decision was being made by the cps.
I used to be in touch with the investigating officer regularly giving evidence etc.
Today I tried to send something and it bounced back saying the address was undeliverable...
My question is am I reading too much into this or can it be
A) I'm free so no need to speak to me so block me?
Or
I'm gonna get a postal charge and he doesn't need to speak to me anymore...
My question is is the investigating officer normally gonna block a suspect for any reason as I haven't don't the allegations however I'm now unable to provide evidence ..
I'm in the dark now completely and wanted to know is this standard procedure for anything ??
Thanks to anyone that can shed light on this as tr police were aware I had a family court matter for my children waiting on this answer and the family court themselves even asked my barrister to express concern as to how long it has been going on (17/18 months now) as children's welfares are attached to it so I would have expected him to still be available... the officer had just gone awol.....
