For the woman who you say flashed at you, she needs some sort of psychiatric help as it looks like she has no boundaries and has a problem with impulsive behaviour. Stay well clear of anybody who behaves like that. It's not necessarily a compliment when that happens. They are likely to do that to anybody.
No no no she never flashed at me, she ran out of the pub with, well, top half out.

I think the top quote the woman had too much to drink and point in focus do not take advantage of anyone.

My ex has recently contacted one of my relations and has asked them to ask his partner to go to the police station and make up a statement telling them I have tried to sexually assault them.

Why do people do this as all my time with her I have helped all of her family out running myself into the ground going above and beyond taking her parents to hospital and I have been so tiered nearly fallen asleep at the wheel of the car yet they put you in this situation.

His partner by the way told my ex she will not do it.

Good for your relatives partner, and good for him telling you about it.

Let your solicitor know that this has happened. They may be interested in asking your relatives partner for a statement about what happened and her refusal.

Please don't tie yourself up trying to work out why she does this. Some people are seriously disturbed and have no moral compass. You have enough to deal with as it is, but it's really good to hear that your relative and his partner have not been drawn into her antics.

I take it back, not all police are a waste of time the team assessed to the area who have just come on duty, I need to thank and did, because of the 2 x 999 calls though I know I only rang once they were very helpful and I have not had my medication for 2 days to control me going psychotic so they said the agent will be able to take me for it or at least should take me for it. See this is the thing about these immature people who do thing's and then run off, they do not know how dangerous the person is they are targeting as if I was to get hold of any of them I would not have stopped hitting them because of the loyalty to my dog and this stupid aspys I have.

There are some decent policemen out there, just not as many as there ought to be. I'm glad you came across one, kkkkkk.

Well after 1 year one remand and major head trauma I have been completely acquitted mainly thanks due to the accusers statement being a total lie and changing completely what they wrote in the police interview plus and amazing thank you to Freemans solicitors and their amazing barrister Mr Jamie Hamilton(Every time I saw this man my eye's were ready to well up as he just gives off a tremendous aura of trust and reliability), these people are some of the most honourable and perfect people I have ever had the good fortune of meeting and cannot thank them enough, saved my life, though their was an extremely close call to no fault of theirs, just what I alone experienced and would never wish upon anyone, but hey I am here agony and all, 1 coma later and they are amazingly understanding, I mentioned to freeman's please don't send legal mail in as it is getting opened by a guard of very low stature to do this type of thing and they obliged by video linking all the time which I think was very kind and appreciable of them. So to sum it up all, even if you are innocent and the tunnel look's never ending there is hope.

Myself being none knowing of the law plus I have autism and don't think to what I say and just blurt words out, I never think my conversation at all, I told the police I was suicidal thoughts but seeing as the stuff I had just been accused of out of the blue, plus on my own at the time and I tried and tried to contact the police officer in charge to which he never replied. I never tried killing myself nor anything yet the prosecution deemed me needed to be in custody to be around for the trial, sorry I never knew it was against the law to try and commit suicide, duh! The police were just asking me questions and I just answered, maybe if I knew it was against the law I would still have flipping well told them the same thing.

Please please please can I give a massive thank you to the freemans team and my step sis and niece, they kept me going

Has anyone know a good solicitors as to sue the prison I was on remand as an unspeakable act happened to me and I left myself in a coma with seviour head trauma plus other damage to myself, I was in such a bad state my relatives told me that I wasn't expected to survive. My relation who has a very good friend who is a prison governor elsewhere said I can sue them and do so for every penny, he suggests as to the damage plus what happened should be in the region of 1.5m if I accept the settlement figure but if pursue past settlement then looking at 2 million. They have given me information on narcos but I looked and quite sure they do not do this type of thing. Thank you in advance.

Unspeakable thing happened, doctor at prison decides to hold back my trial for around 8 month which is seriously wrong considering what happened.

I'm afraid I don't really have an answer to your first question but you should hopefully be able to find a specialist solicitor that will take on your case on a no win no fee basis. I've seen Leigh Day recommended somewhere but I can't recall where, why or who by!

                              https://www.leighday.co.uk/

You don't need a solicitor to claim CICA compensation but if you can begin a case against the prison then your solicitors may help you fill out the forms.

                              I wish you good luck.

                                Thank you for the information.

Sorry to ask so many questions, my ex partner and one of her relations got found out to be lying about everything in my case but in the meantime whilst I was on remand she being extremely lazy taking drugs and neglecting the kids got them put in care. The social services had the audacity to come to me in prison and ask for my help, like I can do anything in there. I told them that this would happen prior to myself being put on remand and told them in the meeting in prison that I warned them and begged them to help.

Anyway sorry I seem to be going round and round in circles with flipping damage to my brain but I am still a very capable person and wondering which order to goto first, I have family members helping me but I don't know which path to take first, to sell my house where my ex is living through lord knows what, mediation or force sale, it's really confusing or to just send her and her relation to prison for defamation of character and perverting the cause of justice plus multiple other things...? Or to get the children back first but I think that would require a house and I am not going anywhere near my crazy ex...!?
