Thanks for the bannanas, I didn't think I would be getting those after the length of time it's been going on.
I must say I'm still in shock and don't quite know how to feel. it helped working all day but I think the last two years has caught up with me now. I can barely keep my eyes open.
to each and every one of you that has read my posts and given support, I can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart. RF you were amazing at the start and the rest of this forum has truly been a shining light in dark times.
I'll stick around yo lend my advice to others. for now, I'm going to enjoy the first night's sleep I've had in two years.

To be honest, I've not really felt all that different but maybe because not seeing my children was the most distressing part. But I'm now well onto my way of re instigating contact. I've slept slightly better but still feel.. empty.
Although there may be some big news in the coming weeks that I can't divulge at the moment. But watch this space.Comment
