I've been released on unconditional bail and right now I'm trying to figure out what my situation is. I've been told that I could be charged. The accusations are that I touched a girl's butt with my penis and that I was soliciting a girl for sex. What I want to know is that if I get charged, what would be the consequences, i.e the potential sentence given the nature of the allegations?

As for the answer to your query, it all depends on numerous factors; location, ages, relationships, etc. If you have the patience to plough through the following document you should find a section to correspond to your particular circumstances:

Don't get too depressed when reading through this, bear in mind though that these are guidelines, not definitive, and you may well not even get charged and, if charged, you may not be convicted!

So for the victim of Sexual Assault, her claim was that I ran off after the act and the put my middle fingers up at her. I was at the scene of the crime which was a library, so I'm sure that the Police have CCTV of me at the scene of the crime. Although, I didn't harass the other female I do have video footage of her on my phone. Would I be convicted based on this evidence?

It was of her butt, but there are two different girls accusing me of two different things. The girl accusing me of Harassment is the one I have footage of and a complete stranger but she doesn't know about the footage on the phone. Would they consider the footage evidence?

Why on earth would you take photos or footage of a complete stranger's backside? Or take a photo or footage of any complete stranger? I would think that the police would use that given it is a strange thing to do.

I read some of what the website you linked has to say and it looks like I might end up in court, do you know how much I might have to pay or an estimate of the costs?

If you have done this (the fact you took photos of somebody's backside without her permission etc worries me) then best to admit earlier rather than later.

Would I get my phone back if I got charged? Surely they wouldn't need the phone itself as evidence, right?

Depends on what they find on it. They often keep electronic evidence until post conviction plus 28 days in case an appeal is lodged.

It is possible, yes, and sometimes depends on the police authority dealing with you.
However this forum is for those falsely accused of rape/sexual assault.
Not those falsely accused of leaving the scene, which your post suggests.
You seem to be suggesting a caution as an option as if you are guilty of sexual assault.
Obviously you have incriminating evidence on your phone to support a degree of sexual harassment.
Perhaps you could direct any further questions to your solicitor?
