So I think I am in a fairly decent position to offer up some advice!!!
First of all, every single person in your position feels overwhelmed and frightened!
The last week in court for me, was probably one of the most stressful and traumatic experiences in my life!
That said, I have held my head high and had wonderful support throughout!
You really need to focus on the important things in your life...kids, family etc and remember some things in life are worth fighting for!!
I posted a week or so ago asking for advice...and someone kindly posted a list of around 10 suggestions which really helped me (maybe look back on my posts?)
Never stop believing....never stop fighting...never let them win
Good luck with your case
We are all here for you x

Your feelings of fright and being overwhelmed are normal right now, but you can get through this, I promise. There's lots of really good advice on here regarding how to prepare and how to deal with the process. I hope you and your son have been able to briwsw the sie and also that you have confidence in his legal team.
Do you have someone in real life you've been able to confide in and who might go to court and offer moral support? If not, imagine that all of us here are with you. We will be with you in sprit and wishing you all the very best for the correct verdict.

Just wanted to,wish you well. Both you and your son can get through this. Hold your heads up high.he has not had a chance for his truth to be heard. The trial, although I know it is terrifying will be the 1st time the accuser has been questioned or doubted and your son will get a chance to be heard.
I hope he has a good defence team as they will support him through the trial and it does get easier as the week progresses. Wishing you both positive strong energy to come through and he can rebuild his life. Stay strongx

Many thanks franticwithworry and staystrong1 yours words and advice are helpful.
Our legal team so far have been fantastic very supportive, proof is in the pudding though I suppose.
We have many people supporting us and a few will be with us throughout this ordeal.
This has been going on for such a long time forgot what 'normal' life is like.
