DECEPTION & MONEY LAUNDERING

A solicitor I spoke with last week who deals with Dispute Resolutions agreed with me when I explained that it seemed that money-laundering was taking place - clients money being directed to him rather than returned to the client. One QC and the clerk claimed they didn't know that was allowed. Strange that - given she was in Chambers that specialised in fraud at the material time....


A family local to me were rejected by the CCRC so I took it on and passed my findings to the sol. CCRC referred the case back to the CA after I interviewed several witnesses; we lost as fresh defence witnesses changed their evidence. Given that only around 1.5% of applications are referred back to CA I thought I did well to get it that far. The family contacted this creature and from them he got my address.

He wrote to me with absolute bile and beau locks. I contacted the police who told him to leave me alone and not contact me via my address, so he continued emailing me. He was most upset that I never answered his emails according to the officer. I found out that either the family had told provable lies to him or he made the lies up. Either way - he's got nowhere with their case of course. I'd love to know how much he charged them!

After the contact to my address I scanned the letter and emailed it to several people including legals. The guff and rubbish he wrote - I sincerely would hate to be in his head. All it showed me was that he knows how to type my name into Google and click on links. He found absolutely nothing illegal or wrong about me and he never will.

If anything happens to me, the police (and others) know who to first question about it.

That's why he knows he has been ripping people off in vulnerable state & then him & QC's have been feeding eachieve other work & he has had protection from them believing he's bullet proof.

He has threatened good & proper people on this forum with his big legal wooooo..buddies who have obviously abused grossly their position of power & integrity.

So after i'll scratch your back you scratch mine has seen them undone by sheer greed..the wheels have come off & li wonder if he will take him down with them or will they do whatever they can to save their glittering careers...

And he's still set up another new company!!! Unbelievable..no wait..very believable!!

I wonder if Spielberg is interested in this for a blockbuster ...this is not disrespectful in any way to families who have been conned, abused & manipulated by 'Stephen's circus' it will hopefully show that justice may finally prevail. I wonder how they will feel when slam!!! The shoes on the other foot.???

He'll be out of the country by now probably setting up in deepest Peru

My heart goes out to everyone who has been a victim of him & his posse

Same company different registered address. He pretends to live in California now. He was based around London and had an "office" in Cardiff. Moved to Essex, then Marbella. Will PM

Hi Jake - thanks for that. Don't worry, there is no possible way that that could happen as this is done through 3rd parties & never via a log in. I will raise two issues;

1. If the webpage the complainant is posting to is in the public domain it cannot be seen as contact if there is no actual 'contact', surely - that cannot make sense. It's not an issue to me anyway, but it might be to others.
2. I don't think there is an app that tracks a persons visits to facebook profiles. Facebook have always said that they will never allow this - there are various 'random generation' bots which will claim that 'these people have visited your page' over the years, but these have never been genuine & if you look at the small print of the apps they will always say 'for entertainment purposes only' i.e. it's a sim...or at worst, a hack and sometimes just a ruse to mislead people for the coders amusement. Unless I am very wrong, and please anyone with greater knowledge that I have about this tech, feel free to contradict me!

Anyway - thanks for your points - it is important to point out the possible pitfalls of actions and to protect ourselves in these difficult circumstances we find ourselves.

This is good as I have a lot of social media postings that could be used to demonstrate contradictions but there are also quite a few indicative of character - can those be used to paint a picture of the claimant?

There are various "memes" and suchlike going around FB and have been for years, that claim to be able to show who is looking at your profile. None of them are true so far. Facebook evidence has been used for a few years now at trial and appeal.

That's true about those meme things that say you can find out who's been looking - they just don't work. There's something you can do though. It's a bit of rather fiddly script that you enter into the command prompt accessible from the bottom of the Facebook page.

It doesn't tell you specifically who's been on your page, however it does give a list of the fifty profiles you interact most with. This means that if there's someone there that you don't chat with and don't comment on each other's pages or click like on their posts, then the reason that profile is listed is usually that they've been frequently reading your page.

The script is fairly easy to find through google. I tried it and there were a couple of surprises.
