Hi,
My partner was falsely accused of rape this time last year. Luckily for us the case was dropped in February. It was the most horrible couple of months not knowing what would happen next. It was absolutely heartbreaking watching him being accused of something that was not true.
Luckily he got a phone call from his solicitor saying the case had been dropped and there would be no further action taken. He was never charged he was just arrested and released on bail.
We have managed to get over those hellish few months, and we are even expecting our first child together (we both have children from previous relationships) we just want to know if there is any way of getting the arrest off his record?
And for anyone who may be reading this who is going through it, stay strong and have faith that justice will prevail! And make sure you talk to whoever you can and not bottle anything up. The truth will always out!
