Itemised bills usually carry the times the calls were made and length. I would be surprised if they are able to provide content (in text messages) as they could be obtained from the phone itself, via mobile interrogation by a half decent forensic expert.

Obviously the content of voice calls will be impossible unless you yourself recorded them. As you weren't expecting this to happen then that is not likely to have happened!

Get what you can from them and thank them nicely.

You never know, they might be able to help further in the future so always be polite - as I am sure are anyway!

Thanks again RF. I have sent the letter requesting any itemised info they can provide, hopefully I can get something.. I will update
