  • Accused by ex-girlfriends daughter

I have a question for people here.

My ex-girlfriend's daughter who is 18 now, is telling people I drugged and raped her when she was seven years old. There is no evidence of this obviously but part of the problem I have if she goes to the police is that I recently got into legal trouble for "allegely stalking" the nine and eleven year old girls next door, which was purely a misunderstanding. but the police seems to take the girls word for it rather than mine.

If my ex-girlfriends daughter goes to the police and says I raped her eleven years ago, how much could this current situation effect how the police view what my ex-girlfriend's daughter says?

You can be sure that anything the police can throw into the pot, they will. You need to find yourself a defence solicitor who deals in serious crimes.

      update with news this morning

I find out this morning that my ex-girlfriend is backing up her daughter's account of things, so now its my word against both of theirs.

I was told by someone that there will probably be a warrant issued for me. Is this true? or will the police just talk to me first.

Would I get bail as the alleged offence happened years ago?

If anyone has any advice, or has been in a similar situation, my email is pauljward@hotmail.com

Nobody can advise you on taking a "plea bargain" without having sight of any paperwork or without knowing the facts of the case. You will need to ask your defence team on this.
