Spot on advice, the devil is in the detail, you have to provide the detail for the barrister to prove the FA is lying, the same in OH case. Had to dig back over 20 years to provide proof that it couldn't possibly have happened, it is amazing what you can uncover and prove. Even bank statements from all that time ago leave a footprint. It can be done although it is hard you cannot let the FA's win.
